  • 8-10 NY Strip Steaks

  • 8-10 Sirloin Steaks

  • 12-14 Filet Mignon Steaks

  • 4 Flat Iron Steaks

  • 2 Skirt steaks

  • 4-6 Chuck Roasts

  • 2-4 Sirloin Tip Roasts

  • 2 Whole Briskets

  • 120-150 1lb Packages of ground beef

If you would like specific cuts that you do not see here, please let us know, and we are happy to have those done for you.

A whole beef usually requires a 14-16 cubic foot freezer.
